Abstract (EN)

Developing communication technologies have allowed complementary and alternative treatment products to be easily marketed through different channels. A significant portion of the users of complementary and alternative products are people with chronic diseases. In the study, 491 people with a chronic disease were asked questions about customer satisfaction, repurchase of the product they used, their level of information about complementary and alternative treatments, their level of being affected by the social environment and their ethical awareness levels, as well as demographic information. In the next stage, the hypotheses created in line with the research model were tested with the necessary statistical analysis. As a result of the analysis; H3, H4b, H5a, H5d, H6a, H6b, H6c, H7 hypotheses developed within the scope of the research model were accepted and the others were rejected.
