Abstract (EN)
Relocation activities of belt distribution point in Afşin ? Elbistan, Kışlaköy open cast mine (EÜAŞ) was analyzed using Critical Path Method (CPM). New belt distribution point consists of 6 belt conveyor lines comes from excavating site of the mine, 5 belt conveyor lines comes from dumping area and 2 belt conveyor lines go to coal stock pile. All the activities necessary to relocate belt distribution point is identified and the activities take place on the critical path were determined. Totally, 483 working days are needed to complete the project and any delay on these activities cause to extend project completion time.
