The estimation and control of center temperature in the household-type electric ovens

In this study, the temperature control of the central point of household electric ovens is considered. The system is divided into three parts: temperature measurement, forecasting and control of the oven. Temperature measurement was made by using a platinum resistance temperature sensor (RTD). The center temperature of the oven was estimated from the values read from the RTD. After the temperature measurement and estimation studies, the oven center temperature was controlled. As a result of the studies, the estimation and control of the oven center temperature was successfully realized.
