Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to determine the impacts of Warehouse Management Software on performance of logistics companies. The research has been made within various companies. While researching the impacts of Warehouse Management Software on performance of logistics companies, decreasing error rate, increasing accuracy, providing accessibility, decreasing the cost, increasing the performance, assuring quality criteria are taken into consideration. In line with the results obtained by the company, data are interpreted in SPSS by making specific tests. As a result of this research, it has been decided that positive effects of Warehouse Management Software on performance of logistics companies outnumber the negative effects.
