Özet (EN)

The main goal of our project has a study the prevalence and correlation between enzymatic and nonenzymatic correlation with leukemic patients. Ptients had higher SOD activity than healthy controls (p 0.001) for ALL and AML. The total serum catalase activity of AML and ALL patients was considerably lower than that of healthy controls (P<0.01). The AML and ALL mean levels have grown considerably (p<0.001). Both ALL and AML had high amounts of ceruloplasmin. Average Zn concentrations in patients and healthy investigation, values were significantly lower than in healthy controls (p <0.01). The Zn levels of ALL and AML patients have not significant. (P>0.05). Whereas copper in AML and ALL had substantially higher means (p<0.01) than the control group. Copper levels in AML and ALL was also non significantly (p>0.05). Magnesium levels increase significantly in ALL and AML as compared with the control group. There is a clear and explicit relationship between total protein and leukemia, in contrast to albumin, whose change was. Weak and not at the expected level when compared with healthy groups. The mean of AML and ALL differs by a small amount (p <0.01), but uric acid has a p<0.01 significance level.
