Abstract (EN)

In our life-span human beings have to transport form one location to another due to appointment sitations relating their jobs or educational duties during their career period, meanwhile this is a common occasion that is encountered and experienced in everybody's life, after transportation primary need emerges as housing. People are looking forward to adapt his or her new habitat as soon as possible and struggle to have his or her former comfort. In order to achieve this aim; first action will be hire or buy a house then bring their personal belonging from ex-housing location, furthermore people feel them relaxed and can adapt new house thanks to their possession. Household transportation literature is so new and rare; there is only a few sufficient studies in this topic; so that form departing this gap, this study's primary aim is to be able to form variables on household transportation service quality. To come up with achieving this aim; some interviews had done with the sector participants and service providers. With the datas gathering cumulatively it is revealed some household goods transportation variables. These forming variables had compared with a study previously done. The datas sre collected with the aid of a questionaire; so that our study covers a surveystudy a format. During the variables'forming process in order to realize a pilot test, it is surveyed with 30 people whose permenent location is İzmir, and who study in public services, then after making questionaire statistically efficient it is syrveyed with 347 people who study in public jobs in İzmir. In accordance with results comparing statitical analysis had done. Findings of our study involves statistical comparing analysis of household goods transportation variables.
