Özet (EN)

The study was carried out in the application and greenhouse area of the Department of Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Dicle University between the years in 2021-2022. As plant material in the study; the graft cutting of the Sire grape variety grafted on 5BB, 110R, 1103P, 41B, 1613C, 420A and 99R American vine rootstocks were used. In the study, which was established as a Random Plot Trail Design with three replications, callusing room yield (%), callus development scale in grafted cuttings (0-4), rootstock diameter (mm), grafting area diameter (mm), graft cutting diameter (mm), primary shoot diameter (mm), number of leaves (n), primary shoot length (cm), root scale (0-4), root number (n), root length (cm), root fresh weight (g), root dry weight (g), sapling yields (%) and bud sprout ratio (%) were investigated. The aim of the study is to determine the affinity status of the Sire grape variety by grafting on American vine rootstocks with different characteristics resistant to biotic and abiotic stress conditions. According to the data obtained at the end of the study, the success rate of graft varied between 92.43-100%. Also, the highest circumferentially callus formation, was obtained in combination with 420A rootstock. When the grafting combinations were evaluated in terms of shoot length, the longest shoots were observed in the 1613C combination. The saplings which were consist of the combination of 1613C in the parameters of root development components except for root fresh weight demonstrated higher results than the average scores. While the lowest total sapling yield was observed in combination 41B with 56.99%, the highest total yield was obtained in combination with 1103P with 94.62%. This ranking was followed by combinations of 110R, 1613C and 5BB with 91,57%; 87,78%; 84,47%, respectively. However, shoot and root development parameters and I. class sapling yield values in the saplings of the Sire grape variety grafted on the 1613C American grapevine rootstock were more prominent than the other rootstocks.
