Özet (EN)

In this study We researched the effect of the different plant materials on the vegetative growing of the Lentinus edodes mycelia. With this aim; as alternative medium was used medium with %5, %10, %15 and %20 of the Wheat Flour (WF), Corn Flour (CF) and Rice Flour (RF). In addition We have used their mixtures. These was compared medium with Malt extract. Also, As spawn and compost medium were used Oak Sawdust (OS), Mulberry Sawdust (MS), Poplar Sawdust (PS) and their mixtures. As suplement were used Wheat Bran (WB) and Rice Bran (RB) (%78 sawdust: %22 suplement) The data obtained from study were analyzed with SPSS 17.0The findings obtained from study, we have observed the shortest mycelium growing time (MGT) as 12.4 days at %5 (RF) medium, While longest (MGT) as 17.4 days at %20 (WF) medium. The shortest spawn has been observed 19.2 days with (MGT) at mixture medium, the longest as 22.8 days with (MGT) at (MS) medium. The shortest compost has been observed 18 days with (RB) at (MS) medium, the longest as 36.8 days without suplement at (PS) medium. As a result, optimum medium was observed as %5 (RF), as spawn at mixture and as compost at %22 RB and %78 MS culture medium for vegetativ growing of L. edodes,
