Abstract (EN)

Arterial circulation?s disturbance associative with ligation and torsion is depend on as two different mechanism is a lot of clinic different circumstances as experimental investigation.This study has got after depend on the time of reperfusion histological analysis and comparison oxidative stres and grow up apoptosis.At the adult Wistar rat wich is following 6 hours torsion and ligation ischemia applied 1,3,7 and 28 days reperfusion. After the ischemic reperfusion testis tissue as histological, immunochemical and morphplogical analysed. Tissue samples is stained Hematoxilen eosin, NOS antibodies (iNOS, eNOS) and TUNEL immunochemical stain. ischemia, applied rats?s right testis, set off to ipsilateral testis and left testis used to contralateral testis. Taked from the testis tissue samples, injury gradation, cell death, oxitadive stres and apoptosis of the germ cell analysed as with blind technics at the microscope.Testis, ischemia group, compared with ligation and torsion group for spermatogonium, primer spermatocyt and degeneration of the spermatids and torsion group had more injury so far as the ligation groups. Concordant of this increase of the NOS exist and associative with apoptosis determined. Apoptosis is detected all of the cell types. Contralateral testis was similar but has less injury than ipsilateral testis.This indications depend on ischemic reperfusion injury, torsion is more effective, depend on return of the venous disruption, and other factors wich without ischemia gived rise the tought consisted at the torsion group oxidative stres and apoptosis.Key words: testis, germ cell, torsion, ligation, ischemia, oxidative stres, NOS, apoptosis
