Evaluating the educational results of teaching with different language on basic education with the connection of teachers and parents' points. the example of Kyrgyzstan and Russian language

ABSTRACTThe general purpose of the research is to evaluate the results of teaching with different languageon Basic Education which were applied in the example of Kyrgyzstan and based on compounds ofaim, content, process, measuring-evaluating of basic education program with the connection of basiceducation, teachers and parents? points. For this aim firstly the results of the education with differentlanguage in the example of Kyrgyzstan in the framework at theoretical/historical were analyzed; thenamong actual representatives? opinions of basic education and people who used from this work wereapplied interview to a chosen example mass with asked 24 questions in order to determine/evaluate theeducational results in short/medium/long term concerning program of aim/content/process of teaching-learning/measuring-evaluating compounds on basic education as a strategic level of education ofteaching with different language.As realized result of hypothesis test with reached critical findings; Kyrgyz People didn?tagreed on the expressions of the following questions, Teaching basic education with differentlanguage blocked natural evolution of individuals and society which nourishing in the level of basiceducation ; Teaching with different language removed confidence of Kyrgyz people?s existence;created dependent and directed type of human; It is not necessary to educate with Russian language inKyrgyz Education System and Teaching with different language hindered creative skills whichdepended on high values on Kyrgyz people ; caused the low profiled technician mentality and limitedwith technical skills on the basic of sub-values . However , Kyrgyz People agreed on the expressionsof the following questions Russian language blocked the Kyrgyz language and culture; Russianlanguage contributed to the social / economic / scientific development of Kyrgyz people; in the termof Soviet Union , Russian language , being used as a language of education at the level of basiceducation, increased the achievement level of students? learning; The using of Russian language onbasic education provided the circulation of more quality subject books and contents of knowledge;Russian language provided contribution about kinds of methods and envisaging applying situations ofeffective learning-teaching and Russian language responds enough social needs and expectationsrelated to basic education . Meanwhile the perspective of them through their mother tongue is verypositive and determined that they have high belief through these expressions; Kyrgyz language hasenough development to respond the parts of science, art, medicine, policy etc. and in order to learnKyrgyz language they believe to produce enough quantity and quality materials of education in theshort time.
