Özet (EN)

In this in vitro study, the transfer accuracy of indirect bonding carriers prepared from two different materials (IBT resin and LT Clear resin) was compared. In the study, chin models of 16 patients were transferred to the 3Shape Ortho AnalyzerTM program. In each model, the teeth between the 2nd premolar on one side and the 2nd premolar on the opposite arch (10 teeth in total) were taken as reference. Brackets were placed on the chin models in their ideal positions in the computer program. The carriers to be used in indirect bonding were designed in 3D and produced from the printer. Working models on which the brackets on the carriers will be transferred were also produced from 3D printers. The study models to which the brackets were transferred were scanned with the "Smart Optics Vinyl Open Air" device. With the VRMesh program, the alignment of the bracketed models was done linearly (bucco-lingual, insizo-gingival, mesio-distal) and angular (rotation, angulation and torque). There was no significant difference between the IBT resin and LT Clear resin groups in linear and angular planes. In the linear plane, the most deviating value for both carrier groups was determined as occlusogingival motion, while the lowest deviating value in the angular plane was determined as rotational motion. There was no significant directional trend for angular and linear deviations between the LT Clear and IBT groups. Linear positioning accuracy of the two groups was higher in buccolingual measurements than in mesiodistal measurements, and higher in mesiodistal measurements compared to insocingival measurements. Angular positioning accuracy was higher than torque measurements in rotation measurements, and torque measurements were higher than angulation measurements. Changes in the programs used in the study, transfer trays and performing the study in vivo instead of in vitro may cause changes in the results. Although the study was meticulously done, more work needs to be done before the technique can be developed.
