It can be said that businesses that integrate technological developments into their organizational activities by adapting to innovations are more prone to development and growth. Among the most important factors that support this growth and development in organizations are the employees of the organization. The fact that employees consist of different cultures, different beliefs and different age groups makes it necessary for organizations to evaluate this diversity efficiently. The wide age range between different age groups shows that different generations work together. In addition to these, the commitment of the employees to the organization and their engagement to the job is an important issue. According to the researches, there are various factors that lead to work engagement. In our study, it is aimed to examine the effects of the work values and manager behaviors of employees from different generations, who can be among these factors, on the attitude of commitment to work. Our research aimed to examine the relationship between the work values and manager behaviors of Generation X, Generation Y and Generation Z with a cross-sectional survey study and work engagement. Among the 384 participants, there are 19% Generation X, 50% Generation Y and 30% Generation Z. With the data collected as a result of the survey, regression analysis was performed to determine the effect of work values and manager behaviors on work engagement, and anova analysis was performed to determine whether the differentiation between generations and other research variables was significant. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that work values and manager behaviors have a positive and significant effect on work engagement. No significant difference was found between different generations and work values, manager behaviors and work engagement.
