Female soccer players reaction to different leagues and comparison of agility

Running different leagues players reaction and agility tests whether difference in DNA fingerprinting, sports scientists and coaches will apply exercise programs to shed light on. Methods: work of this research group is actively engaged with sports licensed 1. league 15 women footballer player between the ages of 18-25 footballer with 2. league 15 women footboller player. League's respectively 20,66 ± 2,57 year, 165,20 ± 5,91 cm, 57,13 ± 7,01 kg, 20,92 ± 2,19 kg/m², 3,86 ± 1,88 year. 1. League's results; Reactive Agility Test 3,35 ± 0,35 sn, 30 m Sprint Test 4,98 ± 0,21 sn, Zig-Zag Change of Direction (COD) Speed Test 6,51 ± 0,37sn, Reaction Test 23,91 ± 2,21sn, 2. League's results; Reactive Agility Test 3,60 ± 0,57sn, 30 m Sprint Test 6,36 ± 0,29 sn, Zig-Zag Change of Direction (COD) Speed Test 5,17 ± 0,47 sn, Reaction Test 24,13 ± 1,50 sn. Conclusion: As a result of the reaction that we have done tests and reacticve agility tests between leagues players statistically meaningful while there, 30 meter sprint 1. League, but 2. Lig Group were very low in favor of Zig-Zag Change of Direction (COD) Speed Test in meaningful.
