A critical view to the problems in the translation of varied kinds of texts

In this thesis we started out with what the translation is and also mentioned that as much as information concerning translation like varied kinds of texts and over.Especially, in the master year I was confronted with many problems of the translation of literature, so these problems encouraged me to do this study.We examined a good number of court orders, an informative text, texts of literature and their originals in foreign language, generally in English and sometimes in German with their translations.Especially, we made criticisms and compared of the processes and writings in foreign language and our language.Finally, we examined the texts of law and literature and their translations with the comments in terms of language and style and writing style etc
