Özet (EN)

In this study, the effects of diets including different L-alanine, , L-lysine and L-glutamic acit ratios on growth performance and body composition of the carp fingerlings (Cyprinus carpio L, 1758) were investigated. The carps whose mean body weight were 13.0±0.87 g were used as experimental material. Feeding study was conducted for 90 days. The research was composed of nine groups, consisting of the artificial main diet (Control) and the main diets including %1 L-Alanine, %2 L-Alanine, %1 L-Lysine, %2 L-Lysine, %1 L- Gulutamic acid, %2 L- Gulutamik acid and (%1 Ala+Lys+Glu) and (%2 Ala+Lys+Glu) mixture of these three aminoacids. After the trial, dietary components, fatty acid composition and amino acid compositon of fish fillets were investigated. At the end of the study, the 9th diet group including (%2 Ala+Lys+Glu) mixture aminoacid had the highest growth performance. Following this the second highest growth performance was obtained from the 3th group including %2 L-Alanine. Weight gain and spesific growth rate between these two groups and the others were significant (P<0.05). Among the groups fed diets including Control, %1 Alanine, %1 Lysine, %1 Glutamic acid, %2 Glutamic acid and % 1 (Ala+Lys+Glu) similar growth rate and body weight gain was observed (P>0.05).Best survival rates were the same with %70, groups fed diets including (%2 Ala+Lys+Glu) and %2 Ala. group. In the view of feed conversion and daily weight gain, the best results were obtained from the 9th. group fed on diet including (%2 Ala+Lys+Glu) and 3th.the group %2 Ala. respectively.KeyWords: Common carp (Cyprinus carpio), L-alanine, L-lysine, L- glutamic acid, body composition.
