Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to determine the spontaneous and foreign pollination rates of Bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon) genotypes with different ploidy levels by molecular markers. Four hexaploids, four tetraploids and three diploid genotypes were used in the study, and individuals from these genotypes were isolated from the seeds formed in isolated conditions and in open pollination conditions. These genotypes and grass seedlings formed from these genotypes were studied with 15 SSR primers for determination of selfing and foreign pollination rates. First, parental genotypes were screened with these 15 SSR primers. Study, only one of the selfed population (K-184 (4x)) selfing population was seen in any other foreign pollination 1.6% was detected foreign fertilization. In open pollination populations, it is determined that foreign fertilization is very high. In the Hexaploid (6x) population only 3,6% self-fertilization was detected in the A-183 (6x) population, no self-fertilization was found in any of the tetraploid (4x) populations and 2 populations in the 3 diploid (2x) populations and 0.6% in A-128 (2x) population, respectively.
