A study of research for determining the level of ability for coping with stress and psychological resilience of seaferars, long distance truckdrivers and their spouses

The aim of this study is to examine and analyze the attitudes and behaviors of teachers working in public schools located in two different socio-cultural regions towards students. Therefore, in the study, the preference points of teachers on the basis of student, teacher, school, professional values, education, parent profile, child, discipline, authority concepts and individual were examined. The study sample was selected from Istanbul and was composed of a total of thirty teachers from public schools located in two different regions. In the classroom, outside the classroom participants one-to-one interviews and observations in question, the intellectual level of the teachers in terms of attitudes and behaviors quite different perceptions of their choosing with them in the regions investigated, it appears that there is no interaction between conceptual questions. In accordance with the findings obtained in the study and the frequency tables that make up it, opposite attitudes were obtained between the two regions in the categories and Decategories related to each concept. Among the results, differences were found between the attitudes and Deci-Decencies of teachers towards students, parents and the school administration, while it was observed that teachers on a regional basis had an ideologically and behaviorally similar attitude to their own groups. There are also differences between the classroom management and the study methods applied by the participants in the classroom observations. Dec. According to these differences, neurotic attitudes and behaviors developed with a sense of Decadence are among the results that can be seen in teachers working in a lower socio-cultural structure. The results of this study will be useful for developing healthy selves and creating a healthy educational environment by understanding the sources of perception, personal values and motivation of teachers in schools, which are one of the structures at the center of the socio-cultural network.
