Shaped Charge is one of the most important subsystems of a missile used to penetrate armor. It is a device that allows piercing the armor of the target hit by the missiles by forming jets with chemical reactions. In this thesis, it is aimed to increase the penetration depth by only changing the shaped charge liner geometries without changing the size of the cavities in the armor-piercing missiles. In this context, 3 different orthographic designs in 2 dimensions in Conical, Trumpet and Ellipsoid geometries were carried out in an outer shell similar to the standard dimensions of the shaped charge in the literature. A series of simulation studies were carried out to determine the parameters that allow the ideal penetration depth to be determined. With the optimal parameters obtained from these studies, 3 different models were simulated, jet formations and armor penetration efficiency values were examined. As a result of the simulation of 3 different models according to the AUTODYN Program outputs, jet formations and armor penetration depth values were examined and compared with each other. In the simulation study, it was observed that the highest penetration depth was obtained with the trumpet geometry liner design, in the case of the parameters with the trumpet geometry shaped liner design, HMX explosive material, 1.5 mm cavity thickness, and the target located 1.5 times the shaped charge diameter.
