Özet (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the photosynthesis efficiency increases and its effects on wheat growth and development under different salt levels, biochar and two mycorrhizae species inoculation conditions. Two different mycorrhiza species inoculant and biochar application under the conditions of wheat plants grown in salty soil photosynthesis efficiency by increasing the tolerance of the plant to investigate. The experiment was carried out in a semi-controlled greenhouse in Çukurova University, Department of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition. The experiment was established as a factorial experimental design with three replicates. Adana-99 wheat cultivar was used as a plant species with 5 salt doses (0, 50, 100, 150, 200 mM), two species of mycorrhizae (Control, G. mosseae, G. etinicatum) and with and without biochar application. At the end of the experiment, dry matter production, root infection, photosynthetic activity, root volume, root diameter, C, N, K, P, Na concentrations, pH, salt , CaCO3 and organic carbon content were determined. Results are shown that C and N content of the plant increased due to the application of biochar and mycorrhizal fungi. The application of biochar and mycorrhizae had a positive effect on photosynthesis activity. As a result; our hypothesis was supported that biochar and mycorrhizae applications increase the photosynthetic activity of the plant and decrease the rate of salt effect of the plant and have a positive effect on the growth and development of the plant.
