The aim of the relationship between the school principals working in the districts and the empathic progression of the association in the center on the management of their commitment

In this study, the aim of the relationship between the school principals working in the districts in Diyarbakır city center and the empathic progression of the association in the center on the management of their commitment was aimed. The universe of this study, which was managed by relational survey type, was composed of 1095 school administrators working in the Central Districts of Diyarbakır Province during the 2018-2019 academic year. and the sample speaks by random sampling method in 272 administrative languages. Empathic management scale and differences management scale in the period when the relationship between school management and environmental management is determined. The empathic class scale is 20 items from a single dimension, and the management of differences is from 28 items to 3 dimensions. SPSS 22.0 software was used for analysis. In the analysis of the data; evaluating school principals' views on empathic planning and differences management; One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Pearson Correlation and Regression Analysis. According to the results of structured research, there is a significant difference between gender and the faculty graduated; marital status, professional seniority, term of service as manager, term of office there, and meaningful diversity between the district where the school is located. The differences between the school directorate and the management team, faculty, professional seniority, the period of service as a manager and the period of duty in the school; Gender, marital status and task distribution There is also a significant relationship between the empathic planning scale and the management of differences scale and its lower levels.
