Abstract (EN)
The results of the effective management of the diversity in the organization were investigated by focusing on the diversity in the workforce in this study. The aim of the study is to reveal the effects of diversity management on the perception of organizational justice, turnover intention and life satisfaction. In this context, the theoretical aim of the study is to contribute to the construction and use of the concepts of diversity management of differences and organizational justice perception, life satisfaction and turnover intention in the literature. In addition, the study was carried out in Antalya, which is one of the leading cities in the accommodation sector and tourism, where differences are most employed due to its nature. In this way, it is aimed to provide a sectoral field research to the literature and to be a source for future studies. The effect of the sub-dimensions of diversity management on the perception of organizational justice, and the effect of the perception of organizational justice on the turnover intention and life satisfaction were examined within the framework of an inclusive model. In the research, the data were collected through a questionnaire, and the collected data were analyzed with SPSS and AMOS programs. In the established structural equation model, it was determined that individual attitudes and behaviors and managerial practices and policies which are the sub-dimensions of the diversity management are effect positively to the perception of organizational justice, and especially the managerial practices and policies sub-dimension has a significant effect on the perception of organizational justice. It has been found that the perception of organizational justice has a negative effect on turnover intention, and a positive effect on life satisfaction. In addition, it has been determined that the turnover intention effects negatively to the life satisfaction, and in this context, it has been found that the turnover intention has a mediating role in the effect of organizational justice perception on life satisfaction.
