Fazıl Berki Tümtürk's life and studies

The subject of the research is Fazıl Berki Tümtürk's publications on life, works and Kastamonu. In this study, Fazıl Bey, an important name of Kastamonu, was introduced and articles, poems and letters published in the Kastamonu press were discussed. During these difficult years of the Balkan Wars, Constitutionalism and the Republican era, the articles, letters and poems that the writer has received have a very important place in terms of describing the situation in the period. These words are quite rich in terms of subject diversity. All of the writings, letters and poems were translated into Latin from the Ottoman alphabet. This work emphasizes the importance of Kastamonu press. Fazıl Berki Tümtürk's works in the thesis are taken from Kastamonu, Köroğlu and Açıksöz newspapers.
