Abstract (EN)
One of the most important problems of the world, as a discourse of feminist theory, is the siege that the patriarchal structure puts on women's living spaces, existence, and integrity. In addition to positive developments such as the rights gained by women and egalitarian discourses, especially with the proclamation of the republic in Turkey, there is incompatibility due to the absence of gender inequality and linear secularization. Every day, women's rights-based struggles continue in the political, economic, and legal fields. Women were able to enter the egalitarian order of rights, where they could not actually exist as much as in the area where the power consented and drew. The field of social policy has also developed in parallel with the human rights created by this struggle for women's rights. The social policy discipline, which focuses on equality in the social field by developing special studies for certain sensitive or special groups, has developed different methods for women. In this study, the qualitative research method was applied by making an in-depth analysis of the social policy perception of feminist non-governmental organizations (NGOs) working actively in the focus of women's rights in Turkey. In the research, data were collected with a semi-structured interview form to obtain information about the position of nongovernmental organizations on the development of social policies and in the struggle for women's rights, and the content analysis of the collected data was made. The findings of the research are presented under the titles of Aid-Oriented Social Policies for Women, Women as the Trigger Power of Change and Transformation, Mainstreaming of Violence Against Women, Gender Inequality in All Fields, Women-Oriented Awareness, Public Opinion Formation and Feminist Non-Governmental Organizations and the State Relationship. Key words: social policy, feminist non-governmental organizations, women's movement.
