Özet (EN)
The aim of this study was to investigate the changes in femoral collodiaphyseal angle (CDA) in different age groups and gender by radiographic method. Our study's sample group consisted of four groups of men and women in equal numbers, aged between 21 and 60. Patients with a syndrome affecting the morphometry of the bones, hip prosthesis surgery, and femoral head fractures were not included in the study. In the radiographic measurements used, the evaluation was performed based on the proximal femur axis. There was a significant difference in right and left leg CDA values according to gender and the values measured in women were significantly lower (p<0,001). There was a significant difference between the CDA values measured in the right and left leg in women (p<0,001). Similar findings were also detected in male individuals (p=0,014). There was no significant difference in right and left leg CDA values according to age group (p=0,374) (p=0,295). As a result of the evaluations, it was determined that the femoral CDA was greater in men than in women. As a result of measuring the right and left CDA, it was determined that the left CDA was greater than the right CDA in both men and women.
