Determination of the levels entrepreneurship and innovativeness with the complementary measurement tools awareness of teacher candidates science

Complementary measuring and evaluation is an evaluation method that provides active participation of the student in the learning environment, giving importance to the process, not the product in evaluation of the teaching. In this study, it has been aimed to determine the levels of awareness related to complementary measurement tools of teacher candidates and to examine the relationship between entrepreneurship and innovativeness levels with this awareness levels. In study that ıt is used together of the qualitative and quantitative techniques have been used sequential pattern which is one of the mixed method designs. The study group of the research constituties of 137 teacher candidates. It has been used "Entrepreneurship survey" developed by Ercan and Sünbül (2009) to determine entrepreneurship levels and "Vocational Innovativeness survey" developed by Yılmaz, Soğukçeşme, Ayhan, Tuncay and Deniz (2014) to determine the levels of innovativeness as data collection tools. The levels of awareness related to the complementary measurement tools of the teacher candidates have been obtained with "Awareness Levels Survey Related to Complementary Measuring Tools" which developed by the researcher. The "Interview form" has been implemented in order to obtain more in-depth information related to the ideas of the teacher candidates. In the analysis of quantitative datas has been made descriptive t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and correlation. In the analysis of qualitative datas has been made content analysis. According to the results of the research; It had been reached to the result that the levels of entrepreneurship and innovativeness of teacher candidates is medium-level. It had been found that there was statistically a difference in significant level according to variables such as sex, class levels, communication installation, development of solutions to problems, lagging behind technological developments, self-sustained development, being open to innovations, follow new informations, choose to be a leader, resistance to changes and adapt to changing conditions of the entrepreneurship levels of teacher candidates. It had been reached to the result that there was a difference in significant level according to variables such as class levels, self-sustained development, resorting to family ideas, being open to innovations, development of solutions to problems, follow new informations, resistance to changes and adapt to changing conditions of awareness levels points related to the complementary measurement tools of teacher candidates. It had been found that there was statistically a difference in significant level according to variables such as self-sustained development, advice to family's ideas, the influence of family on the choice of profession, development of solutions to problems, follow new informations, choose to be a leader and adapt to changing conditions of the innovativeness levels of teacher candidates. It had been determined that teacher candidates is a significant relationship between levels innovativeness with complementary measurement tools awareness levels points and levels entrepreneurship with complementary measurement tools awareness levels points medium-level positively; innovativeness levels with entrepreneurship levels at a high level positively.
