This research aimed to examine institutional and functional structures of Science High Schools have a significant role in Turkish Educational system and socio-economic and cultural structures of families whom children study at these schools. Our aim is to find out that Science High Scools which are especially preferred by families and students will have a critical role in actualizing principles and targets of social justice. The thesis research has been carried out on students at the Science High Schools in Sakarya and Düzce in 2016-2017 academic year. In the study 80 questions questionnaire is applied to 1648 students. Acording to results of questionnaires it was observed that cultural and socio-economic structure of families have affected academical success of students. Nevertheless it was found that targets of social justice and equality of oppurtunities in education haven't fulfilled completely in winning the Science High Schools. At the end of study it was determined some problems in Turkish Educational system and especially in the category of Science High Schools, and these problems were explained in detailed and solution proposals were presented about especially in focused on education in the aspect of social policies.
