Internet is the most important product of computer technology and it has used in many area. Especially, the usage of internet has increased in the area of education. Therefore, new education system, students found knowledge/data by themselves, so students have access to the active learning. Science and Technology lesson has got abstract concepts, in this context; elementary school students difficult to understand this lesson. Concepts could be objectify by animation and caricature so students easy to understand abstract concepts. To achieve this, web site was prepared with animation and caricature.In this study, web site (FENdeposu) was prepared , it has this units : elementary school 6th class unit of ?Granular Structure of Matter and Properties? , elementary school 7th class unit of ?Structure of Matter and Properties?, elementary school 8th class unit of ?Structure of Matter and Properties?. This web site was implemented in Manisa ? Soma, this schools: Elementary School of Cenkyeri Cumhuriyet and Elementary School of Kurtuluş, total of 269 students.
