Abstract (EN)
On the territory of Turkestan; The Tsarist Russia started the invasion of Kazan (1552) and the Soviet Russia during the period of uninterrupted occupation of the Turkish people against the occupation of Turkestan XX. One of the reactions it gave in the 16th century was called movement. This movement, which advocated innovation in cultural and educational fields, gained a new dimension as a political movement in all Turkestan and Bukhara Emirate. Born into a merchant family in Bukhara, Feyzullah Hocayev has an international historical place in his life, his personality and his political activities. Feyzullah Hocayev, who has been the one of the chief architects of Buhara Ceditçilik movement, was the courtier of Bukhara Emirate. This study will focus on Feyzullah Hocayev's great achievements in his political career at a young age, his personality that develops the trainings about them.
