Modelling and analysis of supplier selection problem containing price discount and routing decisions

In this study a new model whereby firms will labor together with suppliers by assessing multiple options together and which will enable them to find the optimum quantity of orders was developed. It was found that the integration of the traveling purchaser problem into the supplier's selection problem helped the firms to simultaneously make multiple decisions which involved the bulk of the orders which could be of the the most reasonable price for the suppliers. A model that contained a lot of different suppliers different from each other whose locations changed by their purchers, multiple components and sole purchaser and provision of various sales ranges and pricing multiple items (stock price, ordering price, shipping price, purchasing price) was set up by minimizing these components simultaneously. In accordance with this, the purchaser's choice of the most convenient supplier and the quantity of the orders from various suppliers were found.
