Abstract (EN)
Abstract This thesis aims to examine the potential effects of enjoyment of physical activity on individuals' self-efficacy and psychological resilience levels. Enjoyment of physical activity is an important psychological measure that reflects the extent to which individuals are satisfied and enjoy participating in physical activities in their daily lives. The main hypothesis of the thesis is that individuals' self-efficacy perceptions and psychological resilience levels will increase with an increase in enjoyment of physical activity. To test this hypothesis, a comprehensive questionnaire study was conducted on students from various age groups and socio-economic backgrounds. The main aim of the study was to quantitatively measure the effects of enjoying physical activity on self-efficacy and psychological resilience and to conduct an in-depth analysis of this relationship. The data were statistically analyzed to explain the relationships between measures of self-efficacy (academic, social, emotional, and general) and measures of psychological resilience. The findings of the study show that enjoying physical activity positively affects individuals' self-efficacy perceptions and psychological resilience. These effects were more pronounced especially in younger age groups and significant findings were obtained in terms of social and emotional self-efficacy.
