Abstract (EN)
A total of 32 secondary school students participated in this study. In the study, it was aimed to examine whether the games in the physical activity cards applied for 10 weeks have an effect on coordination skills, whether there is a difference between the parameters, and if there is a difference, at what level. A total of 32 volunteer students, 16 girls/16 boys, whose age range was between 11-13 years, participated in the study. Before starting the study, the test parameters of backward balancing, one foot bounce, side jump, side step with platform were applied to both of the subject groups, and the tests were repeated at the end of the 3-day exercises for 10 weeks. The collected data were transferred to electronic environment and given as mean and standard deviation. In the analysis of the data, the Shapiro-Wilk test was applied to determine whether they showed a normal distribution, and the coefficients of skewness and kurtosis were evaluated in the range of +-3. Since the data showed normal distribution, the Repeated Measures Anova test, one of the parametric tests, was used for dependent group comparison. For the statistical data of the effect size of the data, the Eta Squared (η2) correlation coefficient test was applied in order to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. It can be said that the activities in the Physical Activity Cards used in the study had a positive effect on the parameters of back balancing, one-leg jumping, side-by side jumping and stepping sideways with the platform of middle school students aged 11-13.
