Abstract (EN)

There is a generation that forms the basis and building block of every belief. The establishment and spread of Islam was also done by the hands of the companions. Their contributions to this religion are an undeniable fact. Apart from this, some people have made many criticisms about them because they are the carriers of religion. When all of these criticisms are investigated by fair-minded people, it will be seen that they are not accurate. In this study, we first touched upon the definition of the companions and the disputes about them. Then we focused on the justice of the companions. Justice is defined as avoiding major sins and not insisting on minor sins. One of the conditions for the validity of hadiths is that the narrator is fair. The fairness of the companions causes the first source to be disparaged. This very issue reveals the importance of the issue. Are all the companions fair? What is meant by justice? What is the truth value of the doubts put forward about them? Questions like these were tried to be answered in this thesis.
