Freight forwarders establish this bridge function among customers, carriers, agents and suppliers. In this study, 309 companies operating in various sectors in Gaziantep and Kahramanmaraş were surveyed and analysis were tested. Perception map of freight forwarders have been produced to measure where company work mostly at this surveyed. In addition, the data obtained were analyzed by means of statistic programs SPSS and AMOS and correlation and structual equality models analysis were carried out. The analyzes found significant relationships between relationship quality variables and logistic performance.
