Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to reach the physical fitness differences between the football and volleyball players playing in school teams during adolescence and the control group after 8 weeks of training using the Eurofıt test battery. A football group consisting of 15 people playing in the school team, a volleyball group consisting of 15 people, and 15 male volunteers who did not do sports participated in the study. [Control group (KG, n=15 body weight: 78,43kg±19,49kg; height: 174,69cm±6,46cm) Football group (FG, n=15 body weight: 69,86kg±9,86kg; height: 178,16cm±5,39cm) Volleyball group (VG=15 body weight: 70,86kg±9,93kg; height: 183,46cm±5,64cm)]. In volleyball and football training lasting 8 weeks, 90 minutes 3 days a week. training has been done. No training was given to the control group. In order to evaluate the effect of the trainings on the process, measurements were made using the Eurofit test battery at the beginning and end of the process. Significance level was taken as p<0.05. As a result of this, an increase was observed in the sit-reach test, long jump test, vertical jump test and hand grip strength test at the end of 8 weeks in the football group, volleyball group and control group, while the number of errors in the balance test decreased. A decrease was observed in the football and volleyball groups in the test period of touching the discs, while the duration of the control group increased. An increase was observed in the number of repetitions of the 30s shuttle pull test and the number of repetitions of the 20m shuttle run test in the soccer and volleyball groups, while a decrease was observed in the control group. In the bent-arm hanging test, an increase was observed in the volleyball and control groups, while a decrease was observed in the football group. In the 10x5m shuttle running test, there was no change in the volleyball group, and the duration of the football and control groups decreased. As a result, it can be said that training done in adolescence will contribute to many physical fitness parameters of the person. It has been determined as a result of the data obtained and their analysis that there is a significant contribution in parameters such as football and volleyball training, hand grip strength, balance test, flexibility, vertical jump test, standing long jump test, shuttle test.
