Özet (EN)

This thesis study was planned to investigate the most suitable recovery method that can be applied in the elimination of blood lactate, which is accumulated in the blood of football players after training or competition, and it was planned to determine whether the soccer player's role is in the effectiveness of these recovery methods. In order for the athletes to prepare more efficiently for the next competition or training, the blood lactate must be removed from blood as soon as possible. 36 professional or professional candidate football players including 12 defenses, 12 midfielders and 12 attack were included and active recovery, passive recovery and massage recovery methods applied in the study for the investigation of lactate recovery and the positional interaction. Athletes were warmed up before the field workout start and then subjected to a maximal field test on an 800-meter course. During running, players heart rate were controlled by polar (Polar RS 400, Finlandiya) watch. The blood sample taken from the middle finger capillary blood of the athletes who were rested for 3 min after the field test, was evaluated by Lactate Scout Analyzer (Made in Germany) for blood lactation. Then, each athlete was rested with one of the active recovery, passive recovery and massage recovery methods and the blood analyzes were repeated and recorded. Each athlete was evaluated and recorded at least 48 hours after the same field test by the other recovery method. All recovery methods of applied and recorded by the same person. According to the results, all three methods of recovery were effective for lactate elimination, the most effective method was active recovery, and the least effective method was passive recovery. It has been determined that there is not a relation of the football player positions in the effectiveness of the recovery methods applied (p> 0,05). Key Words: Blood lactate, football, lactate recovery, lactic acid.
