Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was intended to find out the medium in which Ganoderma lucidum grow best within a month by bottle culture method. The mycel cultures of Ganoderma lucidum were obtained by germination of spores in liquid cultures. Inoculation from micel cultures into liquid, solid and other media has been carried out with an optimum pH (7,4-7,5), temperature (27 oC ) and humidity. As media, CYM, MYA, PDA, X, Cornflour, PDYA, GCM, and other media including agricultural waste have been used. At the end of the incubation period (a month), according to the dry-weight of mycels grown best were the media GCM. When compared the liquid medium with solid medium in terms of mycels production, the liquid medium were % 100 higher than that of solid medium. Among the media including agricultural waste, the best grow was seen in the medium consist of rice, cotton seed husk, chickpea and sawdust mixture. Key words: G. lucidum, bottle culture, liquid and solit medium.
