Abstract (EN)

In this study we aimed that, investigate of the effect of importance of inoculum to speed of development of micelium and amount of product in production of the isolated of Ganoderma strains at different region of Turkey and standard Ganoderma lucidum that producted as commercial. For this aim; taken measure averages of micelium relating to strains that the named of Samandağ, Ziraat, Levent, Bandırma and Rektörlük of Ganoderma strain and standard Ganoderma lucidum and harvested the product and accounted biological efficiency of these strains.Consequently, biological efficiency and measure average of micelium are relating to Samandağ, Ziraat ve Rektörlük strains that were inoculated at 28 of November in 2008, (5,97 % and 10,32 cm in 60 bags), (5,95 % and 10,57 cm in 60 bags) and (4,75 % and 9,58 cm in 29 bags), respectively. The biological efficiency relating to Bandırma, Levent, standard Ganoderma lucidum and Rektörlük strains were taken altogether, and is 6 %. The measure average of micelium relating to these strains are found that 16,53 cm in 43 bags; 10,72 cm in 33 bags; 9,18 cm in 37 bags and 7,05 cm in 18 bags.
