Abstract (EN)

The Earth has various energy sources. Fossil fuels, nuclear and renewable energy sources are some of them. Modern world is creating energy needs more day by day; and thus forcing people to search for different sources. Not only do fossil fuels lead to environmental pollution but they are highly lkely to deplete in the future, as well it's typical of countries having coal and oil to use these resources. However, the others have to pay fort hem. As a matter of fact, apart from this cost, it's the ecosystem that made to pay the price by using fossil fuels. It's inevitable to feel both pleased and sorry for the fact that these fuels, which cause pollution, will come to an end. Nuclear energy sources, another source of energy, do not currently have a high rate of use worldwide. Large and costly nuclear power plants needs to be built in order to process the raw metarials and to produce energy-efficient reactions. At the same time, the energy-causing reactions are the result of the chemical wasted that are formed and the hot water that is released after the cooling of the equipment both pollute the nature and disrupt the structure of the ecosystem. Renewable energy sources should have greater use priority than other energy sources. Because the resource needed for energy is infinite and the waste generated after the end of energy is not enough to be tried. The only negative visible characteristic of these systems is that they are not visually appealing. It is of great importance to use these systems if their positive characteristics are taken into account. Solar energy is the most important renewable energy source. The Earth receives 20.000 times as much energy as it needs everyday. Although renevable energy system efficiency is still low, it ultimately will be the most significant one. Considering the energy intensity of food industry, the use of renewable energy, especially with the use of solar energy, will be in the right directions. Because the production and non-production processes usually performed at temperatures between +2000C and -400C can easily be met by solar energy. With the government incentives that will be implemented correctly, investments will speed up, production and energy costs will decrease.
