In this study, the effect of e-health literacy levels of pregnant women on their views on OGTT and vaccination was examined. The research was carried out descriptively on 677 women through social networks such as instagram, whatsapp groups and facebook, which are frequently used in the society online. The research data were collected between 4 December 2023 and 5 February 2024 using the "Pregnant Descriptive Information Form" and "Health Literacy Scale-Short Form", which were created by the researchers based on the literature. During the application of the questionnaire, the purpose of the research, the information that personal information will not be used outside the research and the voluntary basis were explained and their written consent was obtained. All of the data obtained from the study were analysed in SPSS Statistics 25.00 package programme. According to our research findings, the mean health literacy score of pregnant women was 32.17. The health literacy level of women who had knowledge about OGTT was found to be higher in those who knew at what gestational week OGTT was performed compared to those who did not, and women who did not think that OGTT would harm their baby compared to those who did not. The health literacy score of women who had knowledge about vaccines given during pregnancy was found to be higher in women who knew that live vaccines were not given during pregnancy compared to women who did not know, and in women who knew that inactive vaccines were given during pregnancy compared to women who did not know. In conclusion, health literacy levels of pregnant women affect their views on OGTT and vaccination during pregnancy. Keywords: Pregnancy, OGTT, Vaccination during pregnancy, Health literacy
