The city of Babylon is one of the most important city which is located in the Mesopotamia region. Nowadays, Babylon is located in the 100 km South of Baghdad. In the time of New Babylon Era, the city was the biggest city in the ancient world. This study cover the States which is dominate Babylon city in the first milennium B.C. and the building and public works of New Babylon kings. In the time of this period, the political activity of the states of command the Babylon city is expressed.
