Abstract (EN)

South Caucasia used to very important geographical place because of its strategical position, geographical point and andergraund and mine sources which made this land to be occopic by bunch of states and countries. Kınık tribes of Oğuz's take attention of this place and they used here as a base point to the attacks to Anatolia. Turkish groups leading by Tuğrul and Çağrı Bey were vrying to declare their independence while they were exploring South Caucasia. After their inventigation about the land, they came to on conclusion that there is no political unity. That conclusion made them establish their political instituons in South Caucasia. After finding a right spat migration activities has been held not just limited by Seljukis but continued through different times of history. Especially Turkish units exaping from Mongolions came to South Caucasia. All this migration caused Turkish to be a major language in this region. Military continues struggles begins with Seljuk's and after stutes connected to Seljuk's like Mongolions, Harezmşah and Timur's. After this states esteblishing their govermental organisations in this area old supporting intellectal like poets, writers and artists, important structual buildings and literary work of arts grew up.
