Administrative procedures and judicial processes related to temporary protection status

Ever since the down of humanity, migration has played a key role in human history. Up until today, every study has shown that the beginning of a human's life dates back further than we originally thought. It is understood that the older the history of humanity, the older the phenomenon of immigration and the concept of foreign law. Because, a part of history that has not yet been discovered, people who migrated from one community to another even when their borders were different from the past, were subjected to different practices and naturally went through the integration/adaptation process implemented by the government. It has been taken especially after the first and second world wars regarding the point of view of the modern predominantly immigration phenomenon. Because, after the devastating effect of both world wars and the high numbers of civilian casualties, as well as the civil migration movements during and after the wars, the settled states did not have the adequacy of their own practices on this issue, and some states came together after the second war with the opinion of the collective movement. They have signed the Geneva Convention on the Status of Refugees. Today, the Geneva Convention forms the basis of domestic legislation on immigration and asylum in many countries, especially European countries. Here, in our thesis on arranging Administrative Procedures and Judicial Processes Regarding Temporary Protection Status, since 1951 provisions, the changes in Turkish Law and the developing of Migration, Asylum and Refugee Law in the International Law; In particular, It will carry out the current administrative and judicial management regarding the Temporary Protection Status. Thus, we aim to develop problem evaluations and solutions for both administrative procedures and judicial proceedings.
