Özet (EN)

In the construction sector, there are many factors such as the unique function, location, size, climate, construction technique of each structure present or under construction, which gives it a different identity and this situation, together with the uncertainty of quality management, makes the implementation of quality difficult in the construction sector. At the same time, a quality control process based on humaninitiative, which includes experts with different Professional knowledge ande xperience, performed by traditional methods, prevents the formation of a universal minimum quality standard in the construction sector. It is at this point that there is a need for an innovative quality system that is fed by technology in the construction sector. In line with this need, the integration of BIM-Laser scanning is emphasized by the researchers. Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, which has been actively used in developed countries (such as USA, UK, Japan) in the world in recent years and even required in the design and construction process of public buildings; is an innovative approach to eliminate human-oriented errors and defects in the design and construction of buildings and to ensureinter disciplinary integration. With the 3D laser scanning technology, the currentstate of the structures can also be scanned in 3D with high accuracy and transferred to digital media. BIM-3D Laser Scan integration; It allow sthe dimensional quality assessment of the building under construction and the application of Professional approaches such as time management and cost management. The aim of this study is; detect with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D laser scanning integration technique mistakes and defects of x, y, z dimensions on facade surfaces of traditional structures, to determine dimensional deviations from manufacturing, to obtain facade dimensional quality assessment, to the traditional production structure standards and dimensional qualit ystandards and to detect human-caused structural errors. In the first stage of this thesis, which is carried out in two stages, traditional quality control methods and innovative systems are explained in detail with the help of data obtained from a deep literaturere view. At the same time in this part of the thesis, as a result of the researches, it has been determined that innovative systems provide more advantages to the users compared to the quality control process with traditional methods. In the second and last stage, an applied field study, which is made by using facade scanning and building information model technology on a traditional building, integrates the data obtained from the building virtual model and provides a three dimensional comparison of the facade surface.
