Abstract (EN)

The income distribution, which is one of the basic problems of the developing countries, in an important subject. Because, equal dispersion of income, which is obtained in a country, between the people, households or institutions displays the growth rate of the country. When we think Turkey where the income dispersion isn't equal, we can see that the wealth of the people or households isn't distributing equally. Since, the people and households could accumulate wealth with their income level. The people or households, whose income level are higher, have more wealth and therefore the social welfare is increasing. In this study, we have looked the consumption and income/income distribution without elaborating the relationship between income and wealth and in following chapters we mentioned about housing and wealth economy. To transform income to wealth while the people and households live in prosperity is an important subject, are well. Because, to accumulate wealth accordance with the income is important, although the income is important alone. We have examined the relationship between income and wealth in the models that were created in practices and we made econometrical comments in accordance with them. In this thesis, we have elucidated some basic consepts to ground the relationship between income and wealth in first three chapters, and we have examined the relationship between income and wealth of the households in Eskişehir Province in Chapter
