Abstract (EN)
The effectiveness of the constant time delay procedure via telehealth in teaching information of their own body, which is one of the independent living skills, to students with developmental disabilities has been examined in this study. The dependent variable of the study is the level of participants' learning about their own body information. The participants of the study are a female and two males, between the ages 16 and 20 with developmental disabilities. In the study, one of the single-subject research methods, multiple probe design across participants was designed. Through the forms prepared by the researcher; effectiveness, maintance, generalization, reliability and social validity data were collected. The findings effectiveness of the study show that the constant time delay teaching method via telehealth is effective in teaching information of their own body to students with developmental disabilities. It was observed that the participants maintained their own body information one, two and four weeks after the teaching sessions ended. In addition, it was observed that the participants generalized the information about their bodies to different people. Findings of social validity the study reveal that the parents and classroom teachers of the participants had positive views on the research.
