Abstract (EN)

The industry, has a very significant impact on growth in developing countries. Factors are leading the development of industry, are the dynamics of industrialization. "Technology" has a very important effect in industrialization. Technology determines the characteristics of the manufacturing industry. Technological change, provided with technology development or technology transfer. Developing countries transfer technologies from developed coutries. Because they haven't got labor who improve technology and research- deveopment. Technology transfer is mostly according to Vernon's Life Cycle Theory. Technology is transferred in standard products term to developing countries. However, in product life cycle terms technologies of goods change. Therefore the goods produced by technology transfer, low- technological goods. Technology must be transferred according to dynamics of countries. However, technology transfer good for social and economic dynamics, can not achiewed, because technologies are transported to countries unchanged. So developing countries should increase developing technology, not technology transfer. Thus the highest economic and social gains will be provided with improving technologies for the country dynamics. Key Words: Industrialization, technology transfer, Product Life Cycle Theory, Overlapping Demand Theory.
