Abstract (EN)
This research aimed to determine the time management levels of the personnel working in Çankırı Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate, to compare them in terms of demographic variables and to determine the relationship between them. It was conducted using the descriptive survey model. Data were collected using the Time Management Questionnaire from 195 volunteer personnel. Questionnaire used in this study was developed by Türkmen and validated by Özsoy and his colleagues. The consistency of the answers given to the Time Management Questionnaire used in the study was examined with the Cronbach alpha (α) coefficient. Based on the normality evaluation results of the answers obtained, independent groups t-test and one-way analysis of variance were performed. In all statistical analyses, p<0.05 level was taken into account as significant. Consequently, when the time management skills of the personnel of the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports are examined; it can be stated that the time management behaviors of the employees are slightly below the medium level. when the demographic variables were examined, it can be argued that the non-managerial personnel with less working hours exhibit their time management behaviors better.
