Özet (EN)

Ethics committee approval and after obtaining informed consent from each patient about the study 18-65 years of age, ASA I-II group 60 patients undergoing gynecological surgery under general anesthesia were included in the study. Consisting of twenty patients formed randomly assigned to three group.Pregnant women, morbid obese, tympanic membrane temperature of 37.5 ° C, and above 37.5 ° C (those with febrile illness), body mass index (BMI)> 30 kg / m² , operative time, less than an hour, three-hour long-patients, kidney and liver dysfunction, muscle disease, thyroid disease, parkinson?s disease, allergic to study drugs, cooperation can not be possibly by patients and ASA III, IV, V, and E were excluded from the study.Midazolam premedication only 0.03 mg / kg intramuscularly (im) as applied to the operating room the patients received peripheral oxygen saturation (SpO2), heart rate and non-invasive blood pressure monitoring was performed. Fentanyl, thiopental, vecuronium were used for anesthesia. Anesthesia was maintained with sevoflurane and N2O/O2. Nitrous oxide withdrawal syndrome in terms of N2O; drug immediately was closed before the application. Three separate working solution was prepared in a manner previously blind. Ketamine, magnesium and saline solutions to the end of surgery, patients fascia layer closure was given as a bolus. Shivering prevention activities are similar proportions of magnesium and ketamine group than in the placebo group was superior. Intraoperative and postoperative follow-up between the groups as a result of demographic characteristics, duration of anesthesia and surgery were no difference. Magnesium group, recovery room systolic blood pressure and diastolic arterial pressure values were statistically significantly lower. Ketamine group, spontaneous eye opening and verbal response to stimulus durations were statistically significantly higher. Ketamine group was prone to falling temperature of the tympanic membrane. Laparoscopic surgery in all patients in the placebo group was shivering. Postoperative VAS values found a significant height to in the placebo group. Agitation Sedation scoring the number of patients sedated ketamine group was higher than the other groups. In this study, performed under general anesthesia in gynecological operations subanesthetic doses ketamine and low-dose magnesium were similar effects on shivering, hemodynamics and recovery, also postoperative VAS values decrease compared to placebo group.
