Abstract (EN)
This thesis explores the studies conducted since 1922 by Banach (Banach, 1922) in the field of Fixed Point Theory, focusing on the theorems and contraction-type transformations. The authors, Samet et al. (Samet vd., 2012), introduce a new category of contraction-type transformation known as the 𝛼-𝜓 contraction transformation, which builds upon and extends the existing research. Furthermore, these conversions have been employed to demonstrate many fixed point theorems, namely expanding upon the Banach Contraction Principle, by citing the established fixed point findings in the literature.
