Abstract (EN)

The Middle East that is the starting point of civilizations was sometimes used as migration route or as homeland by many tribes from past to present day. For this reason this region on which many ethnic groups have been living was conquered or was tried to be controlled by many powerful centers from past. Those invades also brought cultural imperialism with theirselves everytime. The Hellenize that was adopted by Alexander The Great and later the Arabize that was adopted by Arabs in the past have been the name of this imperialism. In the present day we take its name as The Broader Middle East and North Africa Project (BMENAP) that is exposed by USA unilateral.Even if it is said that the project was born dead by some environments, the project set into action the western type of human and western values as a changing politics in the region on which many ethnic grıoups are living together. This project is about to die or agony. But the first acceleration was given. Main problem is how to control the transformation that was caused by changing. The countries of the region and Turkey should search for the remedies of controlled transformation in order to prevent the cultural trauma which was caused by uncontrolled changing. In this content, there are some precautions that has to be taken by Turkey in internal-cultural-base (e.g. in the bases of Communication and Informatics, Education, Cultural Identity, Moral and Justice) and external-cultural-base (e.g. in the bases of Positive Extroversion, Versality, Environmental Projection, Using of Soft Power, Having the benefit of Empiral Heritage. Now the transformation will be autantic and related to cultural past of the region. The important thing is to use this transformation as the first action of the advance towards future.
